UK designer Giles Deacon has approached several Victoria’s Secret Angels to model for him in his latest catwalk show.

The designer is planning to send the beauties – including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Alessandra Ambrosio, Izabel Goulart and Karolina Kurkova – down the runway at his show in Paris this evening tonight.

The group are expected to be joined by model-and-designer Jessica Stam, Angela Lindval, Carmen Kass, Coco Rocha and Natasha Poly.

Giles’s collection is one of the most anticipated events at Paris Fashion Week, following the show which closed the event last October. The British designer – who won France’s 160,000 euro National Association for the Development of the Fashion Arts (ANDAM) award last year – delighted onlookers with a series of wearable, yet fashion-forward looks.

Socialite Daphne Guinness acted as Giles’ muse, both opening and closing the show. The collection featured daytime and evening wear.  Spider motifs were the key theme with one sleeveless cocktail dress featuring an arachnid print laid over the top.

Other key pieces included a puffball mini-dress, gold skirt suit, lemon, pink and orange corset dresses and pink/gold shift dresses – all presented as evening wear. The key trend in footwear featured kitten heels and accessories included bags shaped like dinosaurs.
