After being hand-picked by Madge to appear as the face of the new teen clothing range, ‘Material Girl’ for Macy’s - Miley Cyrus’ biggest fan (NOT), Taylor Momsen has spoken out saying she’s “psyched” over her latest gig.

Momsen told Access Hollywood: “I was ecstatic to be asked. It’s such an honour. It’s Madonna. I was kind of shocked. She’s amazing.”

Discussing Team Madge/Lola and the shoot for the official campaign, Momsen continued:

“Lola was here all day and she helped style the shoot and I worked with her to put the outfits together. She’s a sweetheart.

“Madonna came a little bit later and she’s totally awesome. She’s very down to earth for all her success so that was… it was good to see that.

“Madonna totally came in and intervened and re-did everything and positioned everything and put it into her own vibe. I think we [have] a very good working relationship… I think it went well.

“It’s awesome. For one, it’s Madonna, so it’s gonna be cool and it’s really an awesome experience so far. We just finished shooting and the clothes are awesome.”

Momsen also revealed her favourite pieces from the collection are “all the bandeaus.”

The singer and actress is to appear at the famousy New York store to officially launch the line on August 3rd – which will be stocked in 200 Macy’s stores in the US.
