Commit DUI offence – wear scram bracelet to photoshoots – go to jaildom – and while banged up, watch TV in your own cell and stuff your gob with ice-scream…is this really punishment the LaLa land way?!

According to The Mirror, Lilo’s time in the big house may not be as bad as it seems – with the actress allowed to keep her hair extensions (usually a no-no incase some crazee’s try to hang themselves..like) and being given a TV (to watch re-runs of ‘Herbie’ no doubt).

The special treatment has angered fellow inmates so much at the Lynwood Facility in LA – that they’ve allegedly been chanting threats and hammering on their cell walls in protest at the favouritism.

A source said: “Wardens are being easy on Lindsay. She has her own cell and doesn’t have to mix with other inmates.

“She is crying and talking to wardens and keeping others awake. Her preferential treatment is causing a lot of resentment.”

And she’s out in like a day or something….yeah, we bet she’s really learnt her lesson the ‘hard’ way eh!
