The 20-year-old singer – who previously boffed the whiney-country star with the biggest gob in the business, Taylor Swift and better looking stars, Camilla Belle and Demi Lovato – is said to be “very fond” of the ‘Twilight’ actress (anotherwords, she’s getting it big style).

A source said: “Joe and Ashley looked really relaxed in each other’s company – though they made sure there was no physical contact and walked at a short distance from one another.”

But pals of the pair say there is nothing romantic going on between them..blah blah blah.

A source told internet blogger Zack Taylor: “They are just friends and enjoy spending time together when they are in the same area.

“Ashley is actually helping Joe write some music for his upcoming solo album.”

Yeah, we bet they’re making music…and it’s not the hum-a-long kind.
