How nice of Lady Gaga to find RiRi‘s unwanted bowl-cut in her trash and use it for her latest look, which is straight out of the pages of ‘Ruff As Chuff Weekly’ with a bit of cholita hooker thrown in. All that’s missing are the cheek and neck hickeys, the nameplate necklace, razors hidden in her hair and a white wife beater in the background.
